The pollo asado
Our pollos asados are cooked whole or half over charcoal in true Sinaloa style, served with tortillas and salsa. Family meal formats let you share the experience with everyone at the table.
A menu rooted in tradition
Beyond the pollo, the menu spans birria tacos with consomé, mole de pollo, Antojitos Sinaloenses, hearty caldos, tamales, breakfast, and homemade desserts like flan casero and tres leches.
